No one did intrude
Did not need the tv off
Was not nasty was not rude
All my brain cells are programmed
On a different path to yours
We are living separate lives
You on rewind me on pause
But that is the way it should be
Nothing more or nothing less
We need contentment in ourselves
To pull in blissfulness
This environment called partnership
Has evolved through many years
Sometimes does a lot of damage
To our health and to our ears
If we love somebody
we will not leave them on the shelf
But give them space and give them freedom
And let them be their self.
